First, belt weighing sensor principle
The working principle of belt load cell is mainly based on resistance strain principle . When the material is run on the belt scale, it will produce a downward force on the belt scale's weighing roll, this force is applied to the load cell through the weighing body. The resistance of the strain gauge on the elastic body inside the sensor will change when subjected to force. this resistance change will be converted into a voltage signal, and output to the weighing display through the measuring circuit. Specifically, the outer layer of the load cell of the belt scale is a steel housing, and there is a strain gauge in , which converts the perceived weight change into a voltage or current output signal. After the signal is amplified and analog-to-digital converted, is processed by a microprocessor and outputs a signal proportional to its weight.
Second, sensor type
Application : Type S sensor is mainly used to measure the tension and pressure between solids
Working principle : Based on the resistance strain principle, when external force acts on an elastomer, will cause deformation of the resistance strain gauge and will change its resistance value. This resistance change is then converted into an electrical signal, to complete the conversion process of external force to electrical signal.
features : S sensor is small in size, easy to install, provides high precision measurement, and has excellent anti-biased load ability. The main body is usually made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy material, has high protection grade, can adapt to complex industrial environment.
